TERMS OF AGREEMENT

You agree to have fun! JoyFish Charters allows you to enjoy the local Florida waters in a fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.
Passengers are not required to have boating or fishing experience, but must be able to take orders from the captain.
There are no guarantees of the number or type of fish you catch or the number of dolphins you will see.
Payment is due at pick up, and prices are set.
Photo ID of primary passenger is required prior to boarding.
Captain has the right to cancel the trip due to inclement weather or unruly behavior.
Negative attitudes or unsafe actions will not be tolerated, and passengers will be returned to pick-up location.
Parents must take responsibility for the care, behavior and safety of their children.
